Dongfeng Motor 's business pain points:

Huge data volume: there existed an average of 1,000 travel claims per day, with a peak of 2,000 per day. Invoices ranging from 10-500 invoices exist for each single travel reimbursement;

Long time consumption: due to the existence of a large number of invoices per single, manual review of the bill amount and other information is required, resulting in a long manual processing time for each single reimbursement;

Since May 2021, the quality control, accounting, auditing and checking processes have been put online one after another. Dongfeng Motor built the RPA program, which encompasses the travel reimbursement business of the entire group. A large number of invoices are OCR recognized, data acquired, invoices checked and verified, data fed back to the application system, and the robot acquires the reimbursement form information, carries out the subsequent checking of the amount, invoicing and other information, and enters into the accounts and other operations.
