In recent years, the Digital Intelligent Employee Program with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the core technology has successfully landed many application scenarios in the domestic financial industry.
In order to meet the business process automation needs of the headquarters departments, subsidiaries and branches of INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES Group, improve the efficiency of business processes, reduce the risk of manual operation, reduce duplication of labor inputs, and enhance the sense of well-being of employees, INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES, based on its own overall strategic objectives and information technology development planning, and drawing on a wide range of domestic and international successful experiences in the industry, combined with the resources of INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES, initiated and implemented the Group RPA intelligent robotics project. For the traditional securities business, the problems of low operational efficiency, uncontrollable operational risks, and poor operational experience of employees are prominent, and the technology department of INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES has worked closely with the Operation Management Department, Asset Custody Department and other responsible departments to explore the pain points of the business and demonstrate technical solutions with the goal of optimizing the group's operations. Group RPA intelligent robot is a mega-fundamental project for the automation and intelligence of the company's business processes, and at the same time, it is also an important element in the planning of INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES to promote the transformation of digital intelligence within the enterprise. Through extensive and in-depth research, the implementation of digital intelligent employee projects in each company mostly focuses on "platformization", building a digital intelligent employee platform that can adapt to the future development of the company's business, and meeting the company's needs for automation and intelligent technology through the platform's centralized management and scalability.
From 2019 to now, Ztenith, as a close partner of INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES Group in the construction of RPA, has completed the construction of the Group's RPA intelligent robotic employee platform after four phases of project construction, and has successfully completed the scenarios of Digital Intelligent Employee Empowerment for the Operations and Management Department, Asset Custodian Department, Planning and Finance Department, and Wealth Management Department, etc.; and has accomplished the digitization transformation of specific scenarios and other aspects through the use of RPA and AI technology, achieving significant improvement in business efficiency. It has achieved significant business efficiency improvement, while effectively controlling the operational risks in business execution. INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES Group RPA Intelligent Robot Platform ("Platform") has established a unified, centralized and complete RPA process management system for the whole group, and the RPA control platform is not only the communication link between business personnel and robots, but also the management tool for IT personnel to manage the automated processes of the whole group. The platform has changed the previous situation of decentralized management of RPA projects, making it difficult to centralize control, and has improved process security, operational compliance, operation and maintenance efficiency and the experience of using automated processes. In the process of system construction, the system of process on-line→process use→process operation and maintenance→process optimization was established to standardize the process operation and management operations and realize the centralized control of automated processes across the Group. Since the system went online nine months ago, it has realized the use of more than 200 automated processes for 10 headquarter departments or subsidiaries, such as the Operations Management Department, the Asset Custody Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the Wealth Management Department, and the futures subsidiaries.
