In order to deepen the operation of RPA, and at the same time, increase the fine management of the scenarios, and effectively maximize the value of the application of RPA, therefore, on the basis of the original center's self-built visualization platform, the Construction of the Leader Cockpit, so as to be able to guide the direction of RPA's future development on the premise of science and rationality.

Since June 2021, Guangdong CMCC Online has been collecting existing digital employee business data from a business perspective, and has initially completed the collection of digital employee business data in the early stage through the process of burying points as well as data aggregation, while precipitating the categorization of business attributes for RPA scenarios, and can have a preliminary overview of RPA employees through the basic data. in April 2022, Guangdong CMCC started the construction of the Digital Intelligence Employee View, aiming to complete the display of the landing effect of Digital Intelligence employees by digital means, while analyzing and organizing the data for existing business scenarios, laying the foundation for the subsequent operational work, as of November 2022, the construction of this part has been completed. Completion of the leader's cockpit and specific refinement of the automation scene view, scientific, reasonable and clear on the current status of RPA process operation and the future direction of the guidelines to provide data support and display.
