Ztenith has already carried out the first phase of pilot construction for the finance department of Junchao Real Estate Sector under GRANTRAL GROUP, realizing the intelligent processing of more than 70 internet banking accounts for internet banking, return orders and other fund sharing business work.
Business Side: Finance colleagues need to invest a lot of time in repetitive operations, and based on the characteristics of finance and accounting, there will be a sudden increase in workload before and after the closure of accounts;
System side: the Group has not accessed the direct connection between banks and enterprises, and has not opened the connection with external internet banking system and POS system, so it is impossible to realize the reuse and sharing of data and information;
Data side: the Group is involved in frequent flow of payments and receipts and dispersed in the markets under the jurisdiction of each segment, which requires manual collection of vouchers offline through the business side or repeated visits to the Internet banking/POS system to query and download;
In May 2021, the first phase of the pilot process was launched in the GRANTRAL GROUP real estate segment, and requirements collection and review were organized. In-depth combing of business processes and operation links such as internet banking data source download and POS data download in the upstream of business lines, data transfer to daily reports and transcripts in the middle end of business lines, and fund reconciliation and water upload in the downstream of business lines, optimizing existing business processes and designing robotic processes, and at the same time focusing on continuous services such as user training and knowledge transfer in operation and maintenance after going live to cultivate RPA coordinators for the enterprise, including those from the business department and the IT department. Based on the effectiveness of the first phase of the pilot,
we will access the second phase of the GRANTRAL GROUP project in September 2022 to broaden the banks and terminals that implement automated data downloads for Internet banking and POS on the basis of the scope of automation in the first phase.
Through the construction of the RPA project, the robot will realize only the basic work of downloading water flow, daily report generation, fund reconciliation, etc., which can realize the replacement of equivalent human labor hours of 2,500+ hours for the whole year. The efficiency of process handling is significantly improved and the original business workload is released, enabling employees to devote themselves to activities with higher business value.
